Moonville Residence's unique architecture is characterized by its layered cuboidal forms that stand out with its framed exterior. The material choices give it a fresh yet familiar look, softened by the existing tree that helps frame the structure. The integration of the existing tree as a focal point bridges the garden and garage, creating a harmonious transition between these spaces. The rustic materials and lush greenery provide a peaceful urban retreat, offering the residents a serene and enjoyable environment.
The interiors showcase a rustic aesthetic, featuring a harmonious blend of stucco, wood, and stone elements. These natural materials are complemented by the addition of metal accents, adding a contemporary and sophisticated feel.
