This modernist influenced residence not only boasts of its prominent form but responds to its tropical context. The form is defined by the second floor master bedroom volume and is accentuated by a play on material finishes for the carport, main floor volume and entry access stairs. The design is functional and economic but does not sacrifice its compositional uniqueness.
