A duplex-style private luxury villa, just an hour and a half away from the city, with the environment seamlessly integrated into its architectural experience. Each villa features and al-fresco second floor terrace that overlooks the courtyard with a garden, pool and sunken lounge area. The villas are also intended be rented out separately through a siding fence to divide the courtyard.

#TAYOtips . Incorporating similar material treatments for interior and exterior finishing add to the flowing indoor-outdoor feel of a house. In this case, it’s seen in the natural stone tiles, wood planks and stucco/concrete walls.
